Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival - Transfer to Almaty

Welcome to Almaty : City of a Thousand Colors! After clearing customs and immigration procedures, followed by baggage collection, you will be met by your guide in the arrivals hall.
You will be escorted to your vehicle, where water will be served on board.
Transfer from the airport to the hotel by private vehicle.
Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 City Tour + KokTobe Tour

10:00 a.m. - Start your day at Panfilov Park, a picturesque green space in the heart of Almaty. Explore the park's charming walking paths and head to the Zenkov Cathedral, a stunning Russian Orthodox Church made entirely of wood. The cathedral is a masterpiece of architecture and provides a great photo opportunity.
Continue the tour at Republic Square, the main square of Almaty, where you can see the Independence Monument and enjoy the evening ambiance of the city. This is a perfect spot to capture beautiful sunset photos.
The Kok-Tobe recreational area features a variety of amusement park attractions and restaurants. It is connected to downtown Almaty by a cable car line. The City Terminal is located near Hotel Kazakhstan. Additionally, there is a 372-meter tall TV Tower at the foot of the mountain, which can be seen from most parts of the city.

Day 3 Medeo & Shymbulak Tour

Breakfast at the hotel.
Start your day with a visit to Medeu, the world's highest mountain skating rink. Enjoy a leisurely walk around this scenic area surrounded by the majestic mountains of the Trans-Ili Alatau.
Next, take the cable car ride to Shymbulak, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and alpine landscapes. Once at Shymbulak Ski Resort, take time to explore or relax in the fresh mountain air.
Optional activities such as ice skating at Medeu or skiing/snowboarding at Shymbulak can be arranged at your own expense.

Day 4 Almaraasan + Shopping Tour

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. The cancellation will be effective from the date of written acknowledgment from the company.
Cancellation Fees: Due to contractual agreements with hotels, transporters, and other third-party vendors, cancellation fees will apply. These are calculated as a percentage of the total tour cost, based on the notice period provided before the tour start date:
- 30 days prior to departure: 10% of the tour/service cost
- 15 days prior to departure: 25% of the tour/service cost
- 7 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour/service cost
- No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours before departure.
Special Note: The company reserves the right to modify its policies at any time, either before the departure date or during the tour.
Note: Confirmed bookings cancelled on arrival or refusal to check-in will be treated as no-show and will attract retention charges as per hotel policy.
High-Season & Peak Period Bookings: For all bookings during the peak season and festive season (December 20th to January 5th), and for any dates specifically indicated as "non-refundable" or "peak" at the time of booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation After Tour Commencement: The company is unable to offer any refunds for any unused portions of the tour (including accommodations, meals, sightseeing, transportation, etc.) once the tour has commenced, for any reason whatsoever. The company may, at its sole discretion, attempt to recover amounts from suppliers, but any refund based on such recovery is not guaranteed and will be processed after deducting all administrative costs.

Refund Process:
- Processing Time: All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of final approval. The refund will be issued to the original source of payment.
- Banking Timelines: The company is not responsible for any delays in the refund being credited to your account, as these are dependent on the processing times of your bank or financial institution.
Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that all transaction fees charged by third-party payment gateways are non-refundable.

Payment Policy Domestic:
- To confirm your travel booking, a deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 15 days prior to the tour's commencement.
- Booking Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking and initiate reservations with our vendors.
- Final Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the tour start date.
- Bookings within 15 days: For bookings made within 15 days of the tour start date, 100% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
- Flight Booking: 100% of the total flight cost needs to be paid at the time of booking for ticket issuance.

Non-Payment & Booking Cancellation: Failure to make the final payment by the due date (15 days prior to departure) will be treated as a voluntary cancellation by the customer. In such cases, our standard cancellation charges (as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy) will be applicable from the original booking date.

If you need to book a trip to South Jaideep (Kiorra travels) is your man, he simply caters to each and every need that you have and will pick your calls always if you need anything. I have a heart condition and thus had some reservations regarding the trip and food. But Jaideep took care of everything The properties were awesome, the food was specially made according to my needs . The driver Yusuf was soft spoken and he showed us all the spots even those which were not covered in the intenary. It was such a great Trip, Jaideep takes your budget also into account and tells you where to spend more and less according to the trip.
