Hotels were excellent though not on beach or near matket
The land agent U & I is not good:-
1. Communication problem
2. Driver Wayan at Bali airport was not available for 15-20 mins though communicated once flight landed, he was not willing to go to Ulluwatu temple for Kecak fire dance siting traffic jams, long distance etc. Once we reached there at 6:50 pm for the show at 7:15 pm we found he had not purchased the tickets. On strong verbal communicat (Read More)ion he managed entry for us somehow just before the show. Next day in Lempuyang & Tirta Ganga tour he took 5 hrs to reach hotel via Jalan Legian, we found the restaurant closed, we managed somehow in other restaurant nearby. The same route of Jalan Legian Wayan covered in 1 hr 15 mins was covered by another driver in 10 mins thru short cut during return from Nusa Penida on 3rd day.
3. In Nusa Penida the driver Echoe was interrested to take commission from Mall & hence he skipped Crystal Bay though we have not been late anywhere.
4. On 4th day the driver Gilang instead of reporting at The Bene Hotel Kuta at 9 am was at Hotel Heaven Pennestanan Vila at Ubud. On contacting U & I another driver reached hotel at 11 am, losing vital 2 hrs in that day, causing missing ”Kintamani & Mount Batur Tour”. Still no refund.
5. On last day Bali agent U & I arranged snorkeling & Banana boat ride thru CIWA Watersports, which lacks basic infrastructure like shower, proper change room etc.
