Trip to Port Blair, Havelock, Neil Island, India, Andaman and Nicobar Islands

Nothing
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this travel agency and would not recommend their services. From the beginning of the trip, there was a complete lack of coordination and professionalism. The itinerary promised during the booking process was not reflected in the actual experience. There were repeated instances of miscommunication, conflicting information, and last-minute changes (Read More)that created unnecessary stress throughout the journey. The hotel arrangements were particularly poor. The accommodations provided were far below the standard that was advertised and expected. The quality, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience felt more like a budget compromise than what was sold to us. It gave the impression that cost-cutting was prioritized over customer satisfaction. What was even more disappointing was the complete absence of hospitality and customer care. Whenever issues were raised, responses were delayed, vague, or simply ignored. There was no sense of ownership, accountability, or willingness to resolve problems. As a customer, I felt abandoned once the payment had been made. A vacation should be enjoyable and memorable for the right reasons. Unfortunately, this trip became memorable for all the wrong reasons due to poor planning, weak communication, substandard hotel bookings, and a lack of basic customer service. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating travel experiences I have had. I hope the agency seriously reviews its operations and customer service standards before more travelers have to go through a similar experience.
