Day 1 Arrive & Acclimatise

Private airport reception, direct transfer, hydration setup, quiet lunch, room rest, and a brief one-to-one guest check-in. Early, warm, and light dinner with no sightseeing or city tours to prioritize high-altitude acclimatisation.

Late breakfast, hydration, gentle mobility, optional slow heritage walk, and long rest. Includes an altitude/night briefing and a 45-minute guided sensory downshifting session before a phone-free dinner.

Scenic drive from Leh to Nubra via premium vehicles with warm drinks and planned rest stops. Arrival at The Kyagar, garden welcome, and unstructured rest. After dinner, a 30-minute naked-eye sky adaptation session on heated sky beds.

Unhurried morning with open breakfast until 11:00 AM. Includes a 1-hour guided indoor sensory session in complete darkness, an evening astronomy salon with the lead astronomer, and red-light discipline beginning at 20:00.

Core retreat night. Early pre-sunset dinner, a silent blue hour walk, 25 minutes of guided naked-eye stargazing, and pair-wise deep-sky telescope rotations. Includes a plated Midnight Table supper and a dark hour of pure silence.

Late breakfast served until 11:30 AM followed by private restorative bodywork. Unstructured afternoon for reading or walking, sunset sound immersion session, and a relaxed dinner with no late-night commitments.

Afternoon astrophotography workshop covering equipment, settings, and phone-night-mode techniques. Evening photo sessions under the Milky Way, star mapping, and a signature low-light desert table dinner.

Slow final day with optional village walk, a sunset "Letter to 90 Days" reflective writing exercise, and a final naked-eye stargazing circle with warm tea.

Final breakfast, private ground transfer from Nubra back to Leh, and onward airport/hotel assistance according to individual travel arrangements.
