Day 1 Arrival in Tbilisi
  • Transfer from Tbilisi International Airport to hotel in Tbilisi

  • 10:00 AM - You will meet the driver and guide in your hotel lobby, and the tour will start.
  • 10:20 AM - You will explore the city of Tbilisi and enjoy a local tour. You will visit Metekhi Church and the monument to King Vakhtang Gorgasali, the legendary founder of Tbilisi. Walk down to Rike Park and cross the Peace Bridge.
  • Take the cable car from Rike Park to Narikala Fortress to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the statue of Mother Georgia standing above old Tbilisi. Walk down to the district of Sulphur Baths, passing by the only mosque in Tbilisi. Stroll through the Meidan Square area, full of narrow streets with cozy cafés, wine tasting bars, and souvenir shops, and breathe in the living past.
  • 1:00 PM - Lunch break.
  • 2:00 PM - Mtatsminda Park - a famous amusement park that overlooks the city of Tbilisi, offering breathtaking views of the city center.
  • 5:00 PM - Chronicles of Georgia - a famous sculpture in the suburban area of Tbilisi, overlooking a Tbilisi water reservoir known as the Tbilisi Sea.
  • 6:00 PM - Drop off at the hotel.
  • 10:00 AM: You will meet your driver and guide in the hotel lobby and depart for the Kakheti region, known as the cradle of Georgian winemaking.
  • 11:00 AM: You will arrive at Bodbe Monastery, which has been functioning as a nunnery since 1889. According to legend, this site is the burial place of St. Nino, who converted Georgia to Christianity in the 4th century. You will spend about one hour exploring the monastery and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
  • 12:00 PM: You will depart for Sighnaghi, known as the "City of Love." This charming town, one of the crossroads of the Great Silk Road, is surrounded by defensive walls with 23 towers. The drive to Sighnaghi will take approximately 30 minutes.
  • 12:30 PM: You will have the opportunity to stroll through the cobblestone streets of Sighnaghi, take in the stunning views of the Alazani Valley, and soak up the romantic atmosphere of this historical town. You will have about one hour to explore, and if you'd like, consider grabbing a quick bite at a local café.
  • 1:30 PM: You will depart for Kvareli, located in the Alazani Valley, which is the heart of the Kakhetian wine-producing region. The drive will take around 30 minutes.
  • 2:00 PM: You will arrive at Khareba Winery, where you can explore the unique winery featuring an impressive wine cellar used for aging wine. You will spend about 2.5 hours at the winery, where you can explore the wine tunnel and the surrounding recreational park. You'll also see the old Qvevries, a Georgian water mill, and the traditional bakery "Tone." Additionally, you will visit the Chacha distilling facility and the traditional Georgian Marani (wine cellar) with the Satsnakheli (wooden grape press). During your visit, you will have the chance to taste more than 30 varieties of locally produced wines.
  • 4:30 PM: You will begin your journey back to Tbilisi, which will take approximately 2 hours.
  • 6:30 PM: You will arrive back at your hotel in Tbilisi, concluding your delightful day in the Kakheti region.
  • 10:00 - You will meet the driver and guide in your hotel lobby. The route will take you over the Georgian Military Highway heading north towards the border with Russia.
  • 11:30 - You will reach the Jhinvali Water Reservoir, created during the Soviet era. You will spend 20 minutes there before promptly continuing your journey to the Ananuri complex, a former residence of the Argveti Dukes.
  • 12:00 - You will arrive at the Ananuri complex. The complex features churches and towers dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries, beautifully overlooking the Jhinvali Reservoir. Due to local uprisings and clashes, Ananuri was controlled by different dukes. In the complex, you will see two churches from the 17th century. The older one was built in 1689 and has intricate ornaments of grapes and crosses, symbolizing the soul of Georgian culture. You will spend about 40 minutes there.
  • 12:30 - Continue your drive to see the conjunction of two small mountain rivers, famous for maintaining their distinct colors even after merging. As you continue on your way, you will have a chance to taste the mineral mountain springs in Mleta.
  • 14:00 - You will reach Gudauri and spend about 1 hour there. We will drive over the Cross Pass and make a short stop at the Soviet-era - People's Friendship viewpoint, overlooking a deep gorge of the Caucasus mountain range.
  • 15:00 - After arriving in Kazbegi (Stepantsminda), we will change our vehicle to a four-wheel drive car to reach the Gergeti Holy Trinity Church, located at an altitude of 2,170 meters, and enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Kazbegi.
  • 17:00 - End of the tour - Overnight in Stepantsminda (Kazbegi).
  • Transfer from Kazbegi to Batumi.
  • 10:00 AM - You will meet the driver and guide in your hotel lobby to start the tour.
  • 10:40 AM - You will arrive at the Batumi Botanical Garden. Boasting one of the widest varieties of flora in the world, Batumi Botanical Garden was established in 1912 by the prominent botanist and geographer Andrey Krasnov. The garden spans 111 hectares and contains flora from nine phyto-geographic areas. You will spend approximately 1 hour there.
  • 12:20 PM - You will reach Batumi city and enjoy a local tour. Batumi is the largest city in the region. The outstanding architecture of Batumi, along with its statues, palm trees, nature resorts, amusement parks, unique and stylish cafes, pubs, bars, and nightclubs, creates an amazing atmosphere throughout the city.
  • The places you will visit include Europe Square, where decorative, historical, and modern buildings come together; the Alphabetic Tower, a 130-meter-high modern steel sculpture shaped like a DNA molecule that depicts the unique Georgian alphabet; and the sculpture of Ali and Nino, portraying the love story of young people from different cultural and religious backgrounds.
  • You will also see the Batumi Ferris Wheel, which offers a panoramic view of the entire city, decorated with numerous light patterns that are illuminated at night; and Piazza, located in the historical district of the city, where the narrow streets are covered in cobblestones, along with local cafes, pubs, and bars. You will spend about 4 hours here (including lunch time).
  • 5:00 PM - End of the tour.
  • 09:00 AM - You will meet the driver and guide in your hotel lobby, and the tour will start.
  • 13:00 PM - The tour begins at Prometheus Cave, a famous cave near Kutaisi with stunning formations. There are 22 halls, of which only 6 are open to tourists. You can walk through 1,420 meters of the cave's territory, visiting the halls and enjoying your time there.
  • Discover the natural masterpieces of stalactites and stalagmites at Prometheus Cave, which are some of the most beautiful forms created by nature. While visiting the cave, you will encounter hanging waterfalls.
  • 15:00 PM - You will reach Martvili and explore Martvili Canyon, which offers a splendid and unique environment. The canyon is 2,400 meters in length and 20-40 meters in depth, featuring a 12-meter-high waterfall in the middle.
  • Here, you will find fossilized bones of animals that inhabited the land in the prehistoric era. Additionally, there are traces of early humans in several grottoes of the canyon. Once serving as a bathing place for the royal Dadiani family, today Martvili Canyon attracts visitors with its spectacular views, sparkling waterfalls, and vibrant subtropical nature.
  • 17:00 PM - Lunch break.
  • 20:00 PM - Overnight in Tbilisi.
  • 09:00 - You will meet the driver and guide in your hotel lobby, and your adventure will begin.
  • 10:30 - First, you will reach the Algeti protected areas and Algeti reservoir, where you will spend 15 minutes.
  • 11:30 - Tsalka. Here, you will explore the famous Tsalka Diamond-Shaped Bridge, located in Tsalka, Georgia. This architectural marvel spans the Khrami River, and its unique diamond shape and stunning design make it a captivating landmark, offering visitors a picturesque view and an unforgettable experience.
  • 16:00 - Transfer to Tbilisi.
  • 18:00 - End of the tour.

  • We can only facilitate the visa application for the traveling passengers. The granting of a visa is solely at the discretion of the Embassy. If the visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason, we are not liable to provide any refund, and the respective cancellation policies will apply.
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends on hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (such as late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).

  • Any changes in pickup times for airport or train station transfers (private only) can be made only 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. If any change request is received within 24 hours, there will be 100% cancellation charges applicable, and no refund shall be provided.
  • If you are delayed in reaching the common point and the bus leaves for the tour, the tour will be considered a no-show, and no refund shall be provided.
  • For tours and activities booked on a private basis, the drivers arrive at the specified time only, and the maximum waiting time is 10-15 minutes.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any delays (if any) in the vehicle for pick-ups or drops due to unavoidable conditions, such as traffic, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, etc.
  • You are required to manage and handle your luggage on your own. No porterage services are provided by us.

The entire tour was well organised by Manish and Ruhan from Bluestone Travels and all the points mentioned in the itenary were delivered..The best part was that Bluestone Travels tried their best to arrange the Catamaran Cruise and when I could not be done due to weather we received instant refund in our account..
Even though Varun Chawla from Beach Holidays in Mauritius (which was travel partner of Bluestone) did organise good drivers and tour facilitation but his behaviour was very rude and unprofessional.

Krejit planned our Sri Lanka tour well for us under Manish guidance. Hotels were top class, continental menu, maybe they should include a few good indian dishes in the dinner. The car was good, the driver was polite and friendly, he took good care of us during the tour.
