- At the time of booking confirmation:
- An advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
- Final payment:
- The remaining 70% balance payment must be cleared 15 days prior to the date of arrival.
- Bookings made within 15 days of arrival require 100% payment at the time of confirmation.
- The booking confirmation and services will be subject to receipt of the required payments within the stipulated timelines.
- Any additional expenses incurred during the trip, not included in the package cost, shall be settled directly by the guest.
- Payments must be made through the approved payment methods provided by the company. Any applicable bank charges or transaction fees shall be borne by the guest.
- Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the date of arrival:
- Cancellation charges: ₹1,500 per person.
- Cancellation between 29 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival:
- 25% of the total service cost + applicable GST will be charged.
- Cancellation between 14 to 07 days prior to the date of arrival:
- 50% of the total service cost + applicable GST will be charged.
- Cancellation between 06 to 03 days prior to the date of arrival:
- 75% of the total service cost + applicable GST will be charged.
- Cancellation less than 03 days prior to arrival, including No Show:
- 100% of the total service cost will be charged.
- Cancellation charges are also subject to the individual cancellation policies of the respective service providers associated with the booking.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation and will be transferred only through bank transfer, after deduction of applicable bank charges.
Note: Any additional charges or non-refundable amounts imposed by hotels, transport providers, airlines, or other vendors will be applicable as per their respective policies.
