Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi to Maasai Mara

Your Kenya African Safari begins upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi.
You will be greeted and transferred to the office for finalization and a tour briefing.
Afterward, you will embark on a journey to Maasai Mara National Reserve.
En route, stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for breathtaking photos.
Enjoy a lunch stop in Narok town.
Experience a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley, arriving at your camp in the late afternoon.
Later, embark on your first game drive in Maasai Mara, where you will start your quest to spot the Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino.
Return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2 Maasai Mara Full Day Game Drive

Begin your day with an early morning game drive to witness wildlife during their most active hours.
For a unique experience, opt for a hot air balloon safari at sunrise, offering a panoramic view of the savannah.
Later, visit the Mara River where you will have your picnic lunch; you might witness the dramatic scenes of the Great Migration, depending on the season.
Continue exploring different parts of the park in the afternoon, where you might see cheetahs, giraffes, and zebras.
Later in the evening, return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 Maasai Mara Full Day Game Drive

Start your day with an early morning game drive for an unforgettable wildlife experience.
Optionally, you can take a hot air balloon safari at sunrise to gain a unique perspective of the savannah.
Visit the Mara River during lunch break and enjoy your picnic lunch here; the Great Migration might be taking place depending on the season (High Season: July to October).
In the afternoon, continue exploring different parts of the park, with chances to see cheetahs, giraffes, and zebras.
Later in the evening, conclude your day with dinner and an overnight stay at the camp, along with a cultural presentation by Maasai warriors, providing further insight into their rich traditions and lifestyle.

Day 4 Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru

After breakfast, visit a Maasai community in Mara to glimpse their way of life before departing for Nakuru.

Day 5 Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha

An Incredible Kenyan Safari Experience with Worldfire Vacations! We had the most unforgettable journey through Kenya, perfectly organized by Worldfire Vacations. From the vast wildlife-rich plains of (Read More) Masai Mara to the serene beauty of Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha, every moment was magical. Our stay in the camp and tent was beyond expectations, very clean, comfortable, and well equipped fully surrounded by nature. Water was available throughout our game drives, which made everything smooth and comfortable. We had close sightings of lions, elephants, rhinos and even flamingos and pelicans, true safari dream come true. The visit to the Giraffe Center was such a joyful and interactive experience. We also enjoyed a unique and flavorful meal at the famous Carnivore Restaurant, and wrapped up our journey with a wonderful departing lunch at G Spot, the perfect way to end our adventure, relaxing, delicious, and full of laughter and good memories. Huge thanks to Worldfire Vacations specialy our tour guide Richard and Kevin for the professional planning, warm hospitality, and attention to detail. Highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Kenya. It was truly the best travel experience we've ever had! Every moment was magical. Kenya, you’ll always have a piece of my heart ❤️
