- In case of a no-show at the time of departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
- If the trip is cancelled on the same day as the date of booking, then 10% + GST of the total trip cost will be deducted as cancellation charges.
- Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the day of refund confirmation.
