- Our tour guide will pick you up from the airport upon arrival or from your Nairobi hotel.
- After a safari briefing, depart for the dramatic semi-arid scrubland of the Northern Frontier.
- Arrival in Samburu will be by lunchtime.
- After lunch, embark on a game drive to sight resident wildlife species such as the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx, and the Blue-necked Somali Ostrich, which are rare elsewhere in the country.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the chosen lodge.

- On day 2 of our Kenya lodge safari, you will spend a full day in Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives.

- Lake Nakuru is a shallow alkaline lake located in the Rift Valley, renowned for its spectacular flamingo population and considered one of the world’s greatest ornithological spectacles.
- Although primarily a bird sanctuary, the park is home to many large game animals, including zebras, elephants, and gazelles.
- This is one of the best opportunities to see rhinos.
- Lake Nakuru National Park was the first area in Kenya designated as a rhino reserve and is one of the few locations where Rothschild’s giraffes can be seen.
