Day 1 Arrival in Nairobi – Leisure Day
Welcome to Kenya! Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you’ll be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Nairobi. Settle in and enjoy your day at leisure. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a complimentary city tour of Nairobi. Dinner is at your own expense, giving you the flexibility to explore Nairobi's food scene.

After breakfast, begin your safari adventure with a scenic drive south to Amboseli National Park, known for its legendary views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge, followed by an afternoon game drive at 4 PM, where you may spot elephants, lions, and more in the open plains.

Spend a full day exploring Amboseli National Park, starting with an early morning game drive at 6:30 AM and another in the late afternoon. This park offers exceptional sightings of elephants, as well as views of Mount Kilimanjaro when the skies are clear. Enjoy downtime at the lodge between drives.

Depart after breakfast for the legendary Masai Mara, passing through the stunning Rift Valley landscapes. Arrive in time for lunch at your camp. At 4 PM, embark on your first Masai Mara game drive, where lion prides, elephants, zebras, and antelopes await.

All arrangements including hotel, game drives, food arrangements, personalised s (Read More)ervices by İmara Destinations was excellent We started our trip from New Delhi to Nairobi via Mumbai by Indigo flight. Dennis was there to welcome us at the airport early in the morning. We started off to Samburu, had lunch on the way had a relaxing evening at the resort. We had a wonderful game drive next day at the samburu national reserve, saw a leopard, zebra, giraffe, ostrich, etc from close quarters. We went to ol Pajeto conservancy, fed blind rhino, saw chimpanzees and other animals including two horned rhinos, proceeded to Nakuru saw pelicans, flamingos etc there, Masai Mara we stayed for three nights and had two game drives. Could see lots of lions, cheetah with its prey as well as a pregnant cheetah, zebras, giraffes etc. we also saw ostriches and other animals and birds there. We then went to Naivasha had a boat ride with walk and see crocodiles and hippos and crescent island visit walked with zebras, impalas and wildebeest but couldn’t see giraffe there. Due to floods last year many parts of crescent island got submerged so could only see part of the island. Our last destination was Amboseli park with game drive there. Overall it was a highly satisfying and interesting experience. İmara Destinations did a very good job of taking us to the exact spots where animals would be seen uninterrupted.
