Client-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than [30 Days] before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of [30%] of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made [15 to 30 days] before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of [60%] of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made less than [15 days] before the departure date are non-refundable.
Force Majeure
- Agency is not liable for trip cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, and strikes.
- In the event that Agency must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or an alternative trip of equal value.
