Gangtok (5412 Ft / 1650Mts, 130 Kms / 04 to 05 Hrs Drive) -
On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) (413 Ft / 126 Mts), you will be met by our local representative, who will assist you to board the vehicle to Gangtok. On reaching Gangtok, check in and overnight at hotel.
Today after breakfast, start for full day excursion to Tshangu Lake & New Baba Mandir. Return back to Gangtok. Overnight at hotel. Note: 1. Documents for Tshangu Lake & New Baba Mandir – 02 Passport Size Photo along with Photo Copy of Photo ID Proof (Passport or Driving License or Voter ID (Pan Card & Adhaar Card is not accepted). For Children below 18 years, School Id / College Id are a must. Original to be brought with self while travelling. 2. Incase visit to Tshangu Lake is not possible, due to landslide or any other unforeseen reasons, alternative sightseeing will be provide. 3. Process for Foreigner, OCI & PIO Card holder are completely different, kindly inform us well in advance to plan out the itinerary accordingly.
Optional: Nathula Pass (14137 Ft / 4310 Mts) Indo China Border (closed on Monday for tourist), visit is limited to Indian nationals only, allowed on the basis of advance permit & on extra cost. For rate, kindly refer to Supplement & Optional Cost Column, given below the main package cost.
Morning Aftter Breakfast transfer to Pelling. On reaching Pelling, check in & overnight at hotel.
After breakfast, proceed for Pelling local sightseeing covering Pemayangtse Monastery, Chenrezig Statue & Skywalk. Post lunch, proceed for sightseeing of Rimbi Water fall, Khecheopalri Lake & Kanchanjunga Water fall. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast, checkout & then transfer to Darjeeling. On reaching Darjeeling, check in and overnight at hotel.
- *Early morning at around 0400 am (subject to clear weather) for visit to Tiger Hills (8482 Ft / 2586 Mts) to view the sunrise over mighty Kanchendzonga Peak (Third highest peak in the world). Back to hotel for breakfast. - After breakfast go for a half-day sightseeing of local Darjeeling covering Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda,**Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday, Local Festival and State & National Govt. holidays), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, ***Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Closed on Sunday, Local Festival and State & National Govt. holidays) and Panoramic tour of Tea Estate. - Back to Hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Note: 1. * Tiger Hill visit is subjected to availability of coupons, as only 600 vehicles are allowed in the morning. In case of non availability of coupons we will provide the Tiger Hill visit after breakfast.

- Meal plan as mentioned in the itinerary.
- Exclusive non-A/C vehicle for transfers & sightseeing as per the itinerary (point-to-point basis).

- Rates are valid for Indian nationals only.
- The package cost is calculated for 2 persons (1 room)
- 5% GST (Goods and Service Tax) for Indian Nationals only, applicable from 01/07/2017, which will be added to the invoice amount.
- Cost for air tickets (which is always provided separately unless mentioned otherwise).
- Cost for supplementary services, optional tours, upgrade charges, and sightseeing entrance fees.
- Cost for airfare, train fare, insurance premiums, and rafting charges.
- Cost for services provided upon personal request.
- Cost for personal expenses such as laundry, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips, etc.
- Cost for any other services not mentioned under the "Cost Includes" section.
- Difference in cost arising from extra usage of the vehicle, other than what is scheduled and mentioned in the itinerary.
- Difference in cost arising from mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities such as landslides, road blockages, etc.
- Documents Requirement:
- Entry formalities and documents required for Indian nationals traveling to Sikkim and Darjeeling:
- Guests availing the services of Nathula, Baba Mandir, Tshangu Lake, and North Sikkim (Lachung, Yumthang Excursion, Yumesomdong (Zero Point), Katau, Lachen, Chopta Valley, and Gurudongmar Excursion) are requested to bring or submit the following documents:
- Six passport-sized photographs of each member traveling, whether adult or child, with their name, age, and gender written on the back of each photograph.
- Original and photocopy of the photo ID of each member traveling, whether adult or child.
- Valid Passport, Election ID card, Driving License, or any documents issued by the Central or State Government that include a photo, name, and address will be considered valid ID proof. Aadhar Card and Pan Card are not accepted as valid ID proof for the issuance of the Sikkim Restricted Area Permit (RAP).
- Upon arrival, our office representative will hand over a blank envelope in which you will need to place all the above documents and leave it at the hotel reception in Gangtok at the time of check-in.
- For children below 18 years who do not have a passport, they must carry their School/College ID. It is also advisable to carry a photocopy along with the original Birth Certificate (in English, not in a regional language).
- There have been cases of tourists who arrived at entry points with their passport but did not bring the original OCI/PIO cards. OCI/PIO cards are not considered as proof of Indian citizenship and are deemed invalid without the original passport. Such tourists were denied entry.
- Amendment Policy:
- Any amendment to a booked tour will be treated as a cancellation.
- Minor amendments can be made with a fee of INR 5000 plus actual costs incurred.
- Payment Policy:
- 40% of the total package amount must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
- 30% of the amount is required after receiving the confirmation voucher.
- The remaining balance must be cleared upon arrival.
- Payments made via credit card will incur an additional 3% charge.
- Arrival details such as flight/train number must be shared for proper scheduling.
- Cancellation has to be sent to us by Mail/Fax.
- From The Date of Booking: 40% of Tour Cost Will Be Charged As Cancellation Fees.
- 30-15 Days Prior To Departure: 60% Of Tour Cost Will Be Charged As Cancellation Fees.
- 14-01 Days Prior To Departure: 100% Of Tour Cost Will Be Charged As Cancellation Fees.
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, Covid restrictions may be canceled and, in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- Cancellations will be reimbursed with credit vouchers only.
- Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges?
- Team hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment based on the nature of service & time left for the commencement of the service.
- Besides above, in certain cases like hotels or resort bookings during the peak season (Christmas /New Year) or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required in order to hold space on confirmed basis. Please note that such payments are non-refundable.
