- Private vehicle for all sightseeing and point-to-point transfers from pickup to drop-off.
- All toll taxes, parking fees, driver allowances, and state taxes.
- 24/7 on-call assistance from the operations team.
- Any airfare or train tickets.
- Lunch and any extra meals or beverages.
- Entry tickets for monuments, monasteries, and optional activities.
- Personal expenses like laundry, room service, tips, and camera fees.
- Any additional costs arising due to bad weather, landslides, road blocks, or flight/train cancellations.
- Payment Policy: An advance payment of 15% to 40% is required to secure and confirm the booking. The balance payment schedule will be shared upon confirmation.
- Vehicle Note: For rugged terrains like Spiti, we highly recommend booking an SUV (like Innova) for maximum safety and comfort.
- All passengers must carry valid Original ID Proofs (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport).
- The itinerary is subject to change based on real-time weather and road conditions in Spiti and Kinnaur Valley.
- Cancellations made 30 days before the trip start date: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the trip: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellations made 7 to 15 days before the trip: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip or No Shows: 100% cancellation fee (No refund).
- In case of roadblocks, bad weather, or government restrictions, we will try our best to provide alternate sightseeing or reschedule the trip, but no direct refunds will be provided for unutilized services.
