Day 1 Arrival at Bagdogra / NJP → Transfer to Gangtok
  • Arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or NJP Railway Station.
  • Meet & greet by our local representative at the arrival point.
  • Begin a scenic drive to Gangtok through winding mountain roads, river valleys, and forested stretches (approx. 4–5 hours depending on traffic, weather, and road conditions).
  • On arrival in Gangtok, check in to the hotel and rest after the journey.
  • If time and energy permit, take a gentle evening walk at MG Marg, explore nearby cafés, or relax at the hotel.

Overnight stay in Gangtok.

  • Early morning breakfast at the hotel.
  • Proceed for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake, a high-altitude glacial lake located at approximately 12,400 ft. Spend time enjoying the surrounding mountain views and calm atmosphere.
  • Continue to Baba Mandir thereafter.
  • Nathula Pass visit can be arranged subject to permit availability and prevailing weather conditions (additional cost, if applicable).
  • Return to Gangtok by evening.

  • Check in to the hotel and rest.
