- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the safari start date: The deposit will not be refunded, but no further payments are required.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the safari start date: 50% of the total safari cost will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the safari start date: 100% of the total safari cost will be charged.

In rare circumstances where we may need to cancel or significantly modify a booking due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns), we offer alternative arrangements of equivalent value. If these are not acceptable, we will provide a full refund of any payments made.
