Rates
Tour prices include accommodation, transport, meals as per the itinerary, park entrance fees, and guiding services. Personal expenses such as visas, tips, drinks, and laundry are not included. Rates are subject to change based on fluctuations in tariffs or exchange rates.

Accommodation
Based on twin/double sharing. Single room requests are available at an extra cost but are subject to availability.

Payment
50% deposit is required at booking. Balance payment must be completed 7 days before the tour start date. Full payment is required for bookings made within 30 days of travel.

Transport
Transport will be in appropriate safari vehicles (4x4, minibus, or coach), depending on group size and route. Window seats are guaranteed for all passengers.

Tour Changes
The company reserves the right to change the itinerary or cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be provided for cancellations initiated by the company.

Liability
The company acts only as an agent and is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances during the tour. Travel insurance is recommended.

Special Requests
All special needs or preferences must be communicated in writing at the time of booking. While efforts will be made to accommodate them, fulfillment is not guaranteed.

Complaints
Any concerns must be reported immediately to our staff on the ground to allow for timely resolution. Only formally raised complaints will be considered.

Cancellation Charges:

• 60–45 days before travel: 15%
• 45–35 days before travel: 25%
• 30–15 days before travel: 50%
• 14 days to no-show: 100%
