Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Nairobi – Transfer to Amboseli National Park

Upon arrival in Kenya, set off for Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge or camp. The afternoon is yours to relax before heading out on your first game drive. Amboseli is world-renowned for its large herds of free-roaming African elephants set against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro—Africa’s tallest peak. The park’s open plains, swampy springs, and views from Observation Hill make for stunning photo ops, especially at sunset.

Day 2 Amboseli – Lake Naivasha & Crescent Island Safari

After breakfast, journey toward Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, visit Crescent Island Wildlife Sanctuary, accessible via a short boat ride or road transfer. This hidden gem is one of Kenya’s few walking safari destinations, offering close-up encounters with giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, impalas, and over 200 species of birds. The lake is also home to pods of hippos that can be spotted from the shoreline.

Day 3 Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru, enjoying the scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley. Stop briefly at the Subukia Viewpoint for panoramic views. On arrival, check into your lodge and have lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its flocks of flamingos, rhinos, and Rothschild’s giraffes. The park is also home to warthogs, baboons, and diverse birdlife.

Day 4 Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, drive to the legendary Masai Mara, Kenya’s premier safari destination. Pass through the town of Narok and arrive at your camp in time for lunch. In the afternoon, set out on your first Masai Mara game drive, exploring the vast savannahs and rich wildlife—including big cats, elephants, antelopes, and more.

Day 5 Full-Day Safari in Masai Mara

After breakfast, spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara on morning and afternoon game drives with a packed picnic lunch. This is the best place to spot the Big Five and other animals such as wildebeests, giraffes, and hyenas. If visiting from July to September, witness the awe-inspiring Great Wildebeest Migration. You can also opt to visit a traditional Maasai village to learn about their culture (entry paid directly).

Day 6 Masai Mara – Nairobi – Departure

The safari experience was amazing,all of the hotels were nice and cleaning,caroline is a good operator,she give us lots of friendly help,it's a wonderful memory that guide by Shadreck,every day we saw different animals,we saw rhino too,and we saw lions baby which was born 3 to 4 days,it's unbelievable,i will miss every hours,minutes,and seconds of my safari

I finally got to do my first safari which happened to be in the Mara with my better half. My experience was out of this world,everything was well planned for and we both had a good time to just unwind (Read More) and bond away from the city and all its hassles..........Appreciate the experience
