- Advance Payment
- For Domestic Tour Packages, a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total amount is required.
- For International Tour Packages, all payments must be made in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day the payment is processed.
- Final Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 5 days before the start of your service or stay.
- For last-minute bookings, 100% payment is required upfront.
- Receipt Confirmation
- Payment receipts will be shared via email or message within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Cancellation by the Guests
- 30+ Days Before the Start Date: 10% cancellation charges will be applicable.
- 15–29 Days Before the Start Date: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- Less than 15 Days Before the Start Date: No refund will be issued.
- Cancellation by the Company
- In case the package is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative package of equivalent value, as per the guest’s preference.
- Amendments
- Date changes requested within 15 days of the start date will be considered a cancellation and rebooking, subject to availability and additional charges, if applicable.
- Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-8 business days after the cancellation request has been approved.
