- All cancellations must be communicated through notice in writing.
- The cancellation charges for the land portion/costs (hotel, transfers, tours) are as follows:
- 21 days or more: 50% of land costs
- 14–20 days: 80% of land costs
- 0–13 days: 100% of land costs
- No-show on departure day: 100% of total tour costs
- In case of mid-tour cancellation, refunds will depend on recoverable amounts from service providers.
- The company is not liable to issue any refund for services not availed by the client.
