  • All cancellations must be communicated through notice in writing.
  • The cancellation charges for the land portion/costs (hotel, transfers, tours) are as follows:
  • 21 days or more: 50% of land costs
  • 14–20 days: 80% of land costs
  • 0–13 days: 100% of land costs
  • No-show on departure day: 100% of total tour costs
  • In case of mid-tour cancellation, refunds will depend on recoverable amounts from service providers.
