- 30+ days before travel: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
- 15–30 days before travel: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
- 0–15 days before travel: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to weather disruptions, government restrictions, flight delays or cancellations, technical issues, or natural calamities.
- In the event of last-minute cancellations caused by flight delays, schedule changes, or ferry issues due to sea conditions or high tide, 100% cancellation charges apply.
- In case of Covid-related lockdowns in Andaman: A credit note will be issued, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

All the services included in the package were delivered on time and exactly as promised. From hotel bookings (Read More) and transfers to sightseeing and on-ground assistance, every service was provided smoothly. Our team supported the guest extensively throughout the tour, addressing queries promptly and ensuring a hassle-free experience.
There were no service failures, delays, or complaints raised during or after the tour. Despite this, the guest posted a fake and negative rating on TripCrafters after completing the trip, which does not reflect the actual experience or the services delivered.
