What's Good: Sri Lanka was such a pleasant trip thanks to an outstanding tour operator that personalized the tour for us.Their attention to detail was refreshing and they went the extra mile to (Read More) ensure our comfort. It was a perfect holiday with no regrets .I stayed two to three nights at most of the places .The two places that I spent one night ,I should have stayed two nights and reduced my stay in Columbo from 6 nights to 4.

What's Good: I had a fantastic trip to Sri Lanka, all thanks to the great planning by Vista. Everything was well-organized, and we felt very safe (which was very important to me) and relaxed th (Read More)e whole time. Our guide and driver, Indika, was truly the best part of the trip. He was so polite, kind, and always ready to help. He even helped me and my friend carry our bags without us asking – such a gentleman! He was gentle, polite and understanding, knew the best spots and overall helped throughout the whole trip, respecting our privacy whenever needed. We saw beautiful places, stayed in nice hotels, and had a mix of culture, nature, and beach time. It was the perfect holiday. Thank you for the amazing memories!

Both SLankan Tour guides were cluless when asked about their experience in almost every location in Shimla, Manali, Delhi. They were completely in experienced, never been any place we were taken to, (Read More)totally speechless & more that had no roaming to SL. Realied on Guests to contact SL who used roaming But not what's app. Finally SL operators left one guest & didn't even contact him prior to get into return to flight to SL, ? obviously they didn't have roaming. But later initiated by a guest, who contacted his abandoned friend in India, on roaming. He requested Sue to do the same. Sue finally borrowed the

I contacted Vista Vacations to book a flight to Sydney. At that time all flights were expensive; and I requested for cheaper flight but with very short travel time. They act very promptly, and come wi (Read More)th list of flights. Then I asked for much better deal (I may looked like an anyoing customer). To find a best deal; they work after hours. I am very happy how they kept the ball flying even it was an difficult task. These are my ratings. Curtesy 100% Dedication 90% Service 90% Mind that It is difficult to get 100% from me.
