Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Transfer to Sigiriya via Pinnawala.
  • Upon arrival at Katunayake Airport, you will proceed through immigration formalities.
  • You will then meet our airport representative in the arrival lobby, who will welcome you with beautiful garlands and gifts for each guest.
  • Next, you will transfer to Sigiriya, stopping en route to visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Established in 1975, this unique institution serves as a sanctuary for orphaned, injured, and abandoned elephants, providing them with care and protection.
  • After the visit, you will continue your journey to Sigiriya.
  • Upon arrival, check into your hotel and take some time to refresh.
  • Afterward, join the Sigiriya Village Tour, which offers a unique experience of immersion in the nature and culture of a genuine Sri Lankan village.
  • Following the village tour, you will have the opportunity to climb Pidurangala Rock. Located near Sigiriya, Pidurangala Rock features a 199-meter-high hike that provides panoramic views of the famous Sigiriya Lion Rock and the surrounding jungles, particularly stunning at sunrise.
  • After your adventure, you will return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Sigiriya.
  • Early Morning Itinerary: Hot Air Balloon Ride. Prepare for an unforgettable experience with a hot air balloon ride! You haven't truly experienced magic until you've soared above Sri Lanka, often referred to as Paradise Island. Your operator will pick you up from your hotel around 4:30 AM and transfer you to the launch site. The balloon ride will last between 1 and 1.5 hours.
  • Afterward, you will climb Sigiriya Lion's Rock. This UNESCO World Heritage site, located in Sri Lanka, rises 200 meters above the surrounding jungle. It was once the royal citadel of King Kashyapa in the 5th century AD. The rock gets its name from a giant lion statue that once stood at the entrance to the summit, where the king?s palace was located. Although only the lion?s paws remain today, they serve as a reminder of the original grandeur of the structure.
  • Following your visit to Sigiriya, you will transfer to Kithulgala for an exciting session of white-water rafting.
  • On your way, you will have the opportunity to visit the Ambuluwawa Tower. Ambuluwawa Tower, near Gampola, Sri Lanka, is a striking spiral tower offering panoramic mountain views and symbolizing unity among all religions.
  • Upon arrival in Kithulgala, you will check into the Kithulgala Hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • In the morning, engage in white-water rafting, which will take approximately 2 hours. Kithulgala Water Rafting offers an unforgettable experience in the heart of Sri Lanka's lush rainforest.
  • After completing the rafting activity, transfer to Ella.
  • Upon arrival in Ella, visit the 9 Arches Bridge and embark on the Little Adam's Peak Trail for a trek, where you can witness the stunning views of the Ella Gap.
  • Later, check into the hotel in Ella.
  • Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Ella.
  • Start your day with breakfast at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, transfer to the scenic short train ride. Please arrive at Hali Ella Station by 9:00 AM. Board the train and enjoy the journey to Ella Railway Station.
  • Your driver will be waiting for you at Ella Railway Station.
  • After your arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to Diyaluma Waterfalls.
  • Along the way, you will have the opportunity to see Rawana Waterfalls.
  • Upon reaching Diyaluma, you will climb to the top of the Diyaluma Waterfalls to take in the stunning views.
  • After your visit, you will transfer to Yala.
  • Check into your hotel in Yala for dinner and an overnight stay.
  • At 5:30 AM, prepare to explore Yala National Park.
  • Your safari jeep will be waiting outside the hotel. Board the jeep for a 3-4 hour journey through Yala National Park.
  • After your safari, you will transfer to Mirissa. On the way, you will visit Mirissa Coconut Hills, Parrot Island, and Mirissa Secret Beach.
  • Later, check into your hotel in Mirissa.
  • In the late evening, you can enjoy the beach parties in Mirissa.
  • Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Mirissa.
  • Early Morning Whale and Dolphin Watching Safari
  • Time: 5:30 AM - Prepare for your whale and dolphin watching safari.
  • You will be dropped off at Mirissa Harbor, where you will board a designated safari boat. The cruise will take you into the deep sea and lasts approximately 2-3 hours. Onboard, snacks, tea, and coffee are available free of charge.
  • Once the safari is complete, you will be transferred back to your hotel to check out.
  • Airport Transfer: Following your hotel check-out, you will be transferred to the airport.
  • On the way, you will have the opportunity to visit:
    • Galle Dutch Fort
    • Ahangama Stilt Fishermen
    • Ahungalle Sea Turtle Farm
  • Finally, you will be dropped off at the airport lounge for your departure.
