- TCS at 5% on spends towards international holiday packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 lakhs in a financial year, and TCS at 20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 7 lakhs in the same financial year
- If the traveler decides to cancel the holiday for any reason, they must submit a written application to the company within the specified time limit, along with the original receipt issued by the company. Such cancellation will incur cancellation charges as stated below. The booking amount is non-refundable.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the gross holiday cost, and the charges will depend on the date of departure and the date of cancellation.
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
- Air tickets issued on special fares are non-refundable, and the guest shall bear the cancellation charges.
- Any refund payable to the traveler will be processed after the company receives the refund from the respective authorities. The company will deduct processing charges from the refund to be paid to the traveler.
- Cancellation within 10 days of travel is non-refundable. The booking advance is also non-refundable.
- Airlines, room upgrades, and complimentary services will not be entertained during the tour unless specified at the time of booking.
- There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
- Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach or vehicle while sightseeing. The company shall not be responsible for the loss of valuables from the coach or vehicle.
- If the coach or vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the guest, they will be required to pay compensation for the damage.
- Any items specifically not included in the tour will be noted.
