Booking & Payment Terms
- For booking confirmation, please follow the terms below:
- 50% of the total package cost is required as an advance to confirm the booking.
- Alternatively, a 20% advance payment can be accepted only if the booking is confirmed at least 20 days prior to the travel date.
- In such cases, an additional 30% must be paid at least 15 days before the travel date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking.
- The remaining 50% of the package cost shall be payable upon arrival.
- The advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation due to personal reasons such as illness, personal issues, accidents, death, or no-show.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- The company/agency reserves the right to revise the package cost due to any increase in hotel tariffs, transportation charges, taxes, or other service costs.

- 14 – 10 days prior to travel: 60% of total tour cost
