Cancellation Policy

  • Airline tickets, once issued, are non-refundable.
  • Airline tickets are changeable according to the flight policy.
  • With immediate effect after booking, if the traveler wishes to cancel the trip, the company will charge Rs. 5,000 per person.
  • Cancellation four weeks prior to the arrival date: 25% of trip cost.
  • Cancellation three weeks prior to the arrival date: 50% of trip cost.
  • Cancellation two weeks prior to the arrival date: 75% of trip cost.
  • Cancellation within two weeks or no show: 100% of trip cost.
  • The copany shall not be responsible for any cancellation of tours due to natural causes, including sea and weather conditions. No refund will be provided in such cases.

As this is our 10th year anniversary so we planned for Bali through WTD travels agent, and these traveller's are really good and they communicated very well with proper follow ups, and the iternary was very well planned, we didn't waste our precious time, we explored major places and the hotels was very good, Ali (Read More)ndara villa and spa amazing their ambience and hospitality, we enjoyed every bit of the moment there. Bali agent like Nikya was wonderful person, he make us very comfortable throughout the journey, his time management was very well, and a very cool guy. We received exceptional service from Ram and his team at World Travel Destination. They arranged outstanding accommodations and diligently monitored our flight and transportation schedules, ensuring seamless travel. Their responsiveness and availability throughout the tour were truly impressive.
While we were pleased with the overall service, there were a couple of discrepancies. We were informed that the driver would provide guided tours, but unfortunately, this did not materialize. Additionally, the candlelight dinner arrangement was expected to be in a serene setting, but instead, it was held at a bustling Bollywood-themed restaurant.
