Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival at Guwahati & Evening River Cruise
- Pickup from Airport/Railway Station and drop-off at the hotel.
- Evening river cruise on the Brahmaputra River (ticket cost is not included and is payable directly by the guest).
- Overnight stay in Guwahati.
Day 2 Guwahati → Shillong (Kamakhya Temple Darshan & Umiam Lake)
- After breakfast, visit the Kamakhya Temple.
- Transfer to Shillong.
- On the way, visit Umiam Lake and the beautiful and popular Ward’s Lake.
- In the evening, stroll around the local market.
- Overnight stay in Shillong.
Day 3 Shillong Local Sightseeing
- After breakfast, you will be driven to visit local sightseeing areas in Shillong, including:
- The famous Elephant Falls
- Shillong Peak
- Don Bosco Museum
- Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians

- Return to Police Bazaar for shopping and evening enjoyment.

Day 4 Shillong - Dawki - Mawlynnong - Cherrapunji
- After breakfast, drive to Dawki.
- Visit the Umngot River, known for boating.
- Explore Jaflong Zero Point at the India-Bangladesh border.
- Visit the Dawki River.
- Drive to Mawlynnong.
- Visit the Root Bridge.
- Enjoy local sightseeing in the cleanest village in Asia (Mawlynnong).
- Drive to Cherrapunji.
- Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.
Day 5 Cherrapunji Local Sightseeing - Guwahati
- After breakfast, visit the following attractions:

- Krem Mawmluh Cave
- Mawsmai Cave
- Seven Sister Falls
- Eco Park
- Then, you will be transferred to Guwahati.

We would like to place on record that our trip to Tawang (Read More)and other places arranged by you was excellent...
The cab provided was in very good condition. The driver Rakeeb Ali was polite, had knowledge of the various tourist spots and its route,and was accommodative.
The Hotels and Home stays were also nice. Stand out being Gonpalok Home stay at Dirang.
