  • The rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation. Hotel, sightseeing, meals, transfers, and flight rates may change without prior notice until they are booked/confirmed from your end. Changes in dates will require a re-quote.
  • Normal hotel check-in time is from 12:00 hrs onwards, and check-out time is at 11:00 hrs. There will be an additional cost for transfers between 23:00 and 07:00 hrs (if not stated in the package).
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Accepted forms of identification include a Driving License, Voter Card, and Passport. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as valid ID.
  • All transfers and sightseeing are as per the itinerary/package, and in the case of air-conditioned vehicles, the air conditioning will be switched off in the hills.

  • Once the booking is completed and the advance payment is made, a minimum of 30% of the package cost will be deducted.
  • For cancellations made 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
  • For cancellations made 15 days prior to departure, 70% of the total cost will be deducted.
  • For cancellations made 10 days before departure, 100% of the total cost will be deducted.
