- Arrival at Leh airport, where you will be received by our representative.
- Transfer to the hotel and check in.
- Enjoy a full day of rest for acclimatization, with welcome tea and coffee served by the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Leh.
- After breakfast, visit the following attractions:
- Leh Market
- Leh Palace
- Shanti Stupa
- Magnetic Hill
- Hall of Fame
- Gurudwara Pathar Sahib
- The Sangam of Zanskar and Indus River
- Stay overnight in Leh.
- After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley, known as the Valley of Flowers and the warmest region in Ladakh, via Khardungla Pass.
- This road is considered to be the highest motorable road in the world.
- En route, admire the spectacular views of the never-ending snow-capped mountain ranges around Khardungla Pass (18,390 feet).
- After spending some time at Khardungla, proceed to Nubra.
- En route, you can enjoy adventure activities like an ATV ride (on a direct payment basis).
- After hotel check-in, visit the 108 ft high Maitriya Buddha Statue at Diskit Monastery.
- Explore Hunder Sand Dunes, where you can enjoy a double-humped camel ride (on a direct payment basis) and have a wonderful view of Nubra Valley.
- Overnight stay in Nubra.
- After breakfast, head towards Nubra to Pangong via Shyok (165 KM / 06 Hrs).
- We will start the day following the same route towards Leh until we reach Khalsar.
- From the Agyam bridge, take the left route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk.
- The road after Shyok is good but very steep.
- After Durbuk, take a left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route.
- Drive further to Pangong Lake, one of the largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the Himalayas.
- Situated at 14,000 ft, more than half of the lake is within Chinese territory, and only one-third lies in India.
- Explore the lake area; you might catch some rare wildlife.
- Spend some time around the lake, visit the 3 Idiots shooting point, and try local food at any of the small restaurants around the lake shore.
- Later, enjoy free time at leisure and appreciate the color-changing lake and the sunset on the banks of the lake.
- Stay overnight in Pangong.
- Enjoy the picturesque view of the sunrise on the lake in the early morning.
- After breakfast, drive back to Leh, making a short stop at Changla Pass to enjoy a cup of hot, steaming tea.
- En route, visit Shey Palace, the ancient capital of Ladakh.
- Explore Thiksay Monastery, located on top of a hill; it is an excellent example of Ladakhi architecture.
- The monastery contains several stupas, statues, thangkas, wall paintings, and a large pillar depicting Buddha's teachings.
- Continue driving to visit Hemis Monastery, built in 1630, which is the largest monastic foundation of the Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism.
- Hemis Monastery houses beautiful wall paintings, thangkas, and several other historic objects.
- Arrive in Leh and check in to the hotel.
- The rest of the day is at leisure.
- Stay overnight in Leh.
- In the early morning, depart for Leh Airport for your onward journey, taking with you sweet memories of Ladakh.
