At the company, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while also considering the operational commitments we make on your behalf.
1. Cancellation by the Guest:

- 45 days or more prior to departure – Full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
- 45 – 30 days prior to departure – 75% refund of total safari cost.
- 30 – 21 days prior to departure – 50% refund of total safari cost.
- 21 days or less prior to departure / No-show – No refund.
2. Cancellation by the company:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your safari due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, park closures, or political instability), you will be offered:

- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule to a future date at no extra cost.
3. Amendments & Rescheduling:

- Date changes requested more than 30 days prior to departure may be accommodated subject to availability, with no penalty.
- Date changes requested within 30 days of departure will be subject to price changes as per itinerary due to last-minute price adjustments by lodges and camps.
4. Refunds:

- All refunds will be processed within 30 business days, less bank or transaction charges.
5. Travel Insurance:

- We strongly recommend guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.
