- The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, flight cancellations, political unrest, or strikes.
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to travel and to consult their doctor regarding any health concerns, vaccinations, or medications.
- Any damage caused by a traveler to property and vehicles during the trip will be the responsibility of the individual, and all related costs must be borne by them.
- The company reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Refunds, if any, will be processed as per the cancellation policy mentioned, and no claims will be entertained for unused services.
- Booking a tour implies acceptance of these terms and conditions by the traveler.
- Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date. This is just a quotation. Meals Timing must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.

- Deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Booking amount will be refundable, if cancellation is done 30 days before the tour date.
- The balance payment must be completed 30 days prior to the departure date.
- For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.
- Any additional charges incurred due to currency fluctuations, bank fees, or international transfer charges must be borne by the client.
- Failure to make payment within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of the booking, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
- A payment confirmation receipt will be issued upon successful transaction.
