- Arrival at Srinagar Airport.
- Transfer to the hotel and prepare for the city tour.
- Visit the Shankaracharya Temple, situated on the highest hill of Srinagar, and the famous Mughal Gardens: Chashme Shahi, Nishat, and Shalimar. These gardens were the Mughal Emperors' concept of paradise and are popular picnic spots today.
- Also visit the handicraft shop where you can purchase local handcrafted items such as shawls, jackets, bed covers, papier-mâché, carpets, and much more.
- In the evening, take a leisurely stroll alongside Dal Lake and explore the local markets.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
- Leave for Sonamarg in the morning. Also known as the 'Meadow of Gold,' Sonamarg is the last stop in the Kashmir district.
- From here, the territory of Ladakh begins. Situated at an altitude of 2,743 meters above sea level, the fast-flowing Sindh River is popular for trout and masher fishing in the summer.
- You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in the snow and ice (at your own expense).
- Return to Srinagar in the evening.
