- Meet our representative at Leh Airport.
- Transfer to the hotel and check-in.

- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, we will do our best to provide an alternate feasible activity; however, no refund will be provided.
- 100% cancellation fees will be charged from the total booking amount in case of last-minute booking cancellations due to flight cancellations, any natural calamity, or changes in flight schedules/ferries due to technical/weather issues and high tides or sea conditions.
- In case of a lockdown in Ladakh due to COVID-19, a credit note will be provided, which a traveler can redeem within one year from the date of issuance. In such scenarios, a revised package will be provided as per the current applicable season and off-season rates. Please check the final cost with the reservation team.
