- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- More than 60 days before departure: Refund of payments made, less non-refundable deposits, bank charges, domestic flights, park fees, and supplier cancellation fees.
- 31–60 days before departure: 50% of the total safari cost will be refunded after applicable deductions.
- 15–30 days before departure: 25% of the total safari cost will be refunded after applicable deductions.
- Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: No refund will be issued.Important: Some services, including domestic flights, park fees, permits, and selected accommodation bookings, become non-refundable once confirmed.
