Package Policies
- Accommodation at the specified hotel on a Modified American Plan (MAP) basis.
- Rooms are provided on a double-sharing basis.
- Includes four breakfasts and four dinners.
- All transfers and sightseeing will be conducted in a private air-conditioned vehicle.
- Toll charges, parking fees, driver allowance, and fuel costs are included.
- 24/7 assistance is provided.
- Meet and greet service upon arrival.

- The above rates are inclusive of government tax (GST 5%).
- Entrance fees to any sites.
- Charges for early check-in or late check-out.
- Tips for guides and chauffeurs.
- Lunch, dinner, or any extra meals not mentioned in the inclusions/program during the tour.
- All personal items.
- Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
- Rates are valid until 30th September 2026.
- A total of 1500 KM is blocked. Extra kilometers are chargeable.
- This is just a quotation. No booking has been made yet; rooms are subject to availability.
- Standard check-in time is 13:00 hours, and check-out is at 10:00 hours.
- Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival, and the hotels will charge extra for it.
- The vehicle will be provided point-to-point as per the itinerary.
- Gir Safari Permit and Statue of Unity tickets can be issued by us, subject to availability and at an extra cost if not mentioned in the inclusions.
- Jeep and tour guide charges at Sasangir for Gir Safari are directly payable by the guest at the spot only.
- Akshar Dham Temple in Gandhinagar remains closed every Monday; therefore, please plan your date accordingly.
- Statue of Unity and all other sightseeing in Kevadia remain closed every Monday; therefore, please plan your dates accordingly.
- The best time to visit Bhuj/Kutch is from October to March, and the Rann Utsav Festival in Kutch starts from November to February each year.
- Gir Jungle Safari remains closed from June to September each year during the monsoon.
- Devalia Park at Sasangir remains closed every Wednesday.
- Laxmi Villas Palace at Vadodara remains closed every Monday and on public holidays.
- For places like Kirti Mandir at Porbandar, Kalo Dungar & Mata No Madh at Kutch, Pavagadh Temple, and temples at Junagadh, guests must use local transportation to reach the destination as our vehicle is allowed only until parking at these locations.
- Ropeway tickets for Girnar should be pre-booked a day prior to the visit to the destination.
- GST of 5% is applicable on all packages (please check inclusions in the package).
- The voucher for the final packages is subject to receipt of 100% payment.
Payment Policy
- A receipt of 30% of the package value is required in advance.
- Full payment must be made at least 10 days before traveling.
- For booking tents in Statue of Unity Tent City / White Rann Resort & Rann Utsav - The Tent City at Kutch, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- During the festive season, if the travel dates fall under Diwali, Christmas, New Year, or any other festival dates, then 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- If an air ticket is included in the package, the full cost of the air ticket must be paid at the time of booking.
- All payment procedures must be completed at least 2 days prior to guest arrival. No cash payment will be accepted on arrival as per our company policy.
- Payments can also be made by debit/credit cards with an extra cost of 2.5% applicable on the total payment price.
- Once the invoice is generated, no further discounts will be entertained.
- If the agent/guest requires a GST input invoice, they must provide their GST certificate at the time of confirmation. No amendments will be entertained after the completion of the tour.
- In case of any cancellations, please refer to the cancellation policy below, and refunds will be processed within 7 working days as per the terms in the bank account only.
Reservation Policy
- Confirmation of hotel rooms is subject to availability. If the suggested hotels are not available at the time of confirmation, we will provide similar options before confirming any hotel.
- For the above-mentioned, the package cost may vary based on the hotel options selected or based on the room category available.
- Confirmation of the package is subject to receipt of 100% payment, i.e., 50% of the payment as advance and the balance to be paid 10 days before your tour starts.
- Once the tour starts, no changes or amendments are possible that will affect the tour, such as changes of hotels or vehicles (without a genuine reason) or changes of destinations/sightseeing or adding destinations/sightseeing.
- All agents/guests are strongly recommended to check and verify their booking thoroughly once they receive the email confirmation. Please contact our travel experts if there is any incorrect or incomplete information that needs to be altered or changed. In case of any changes or amendments, certain elements of the holiday package are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible if inaccuracies are not notified by the passenger within 1 day of sending out the booking confirmation.
Terms & Conditions
- The above itinerary is a suggested tour plan. The company is responsible only for those services which are charged from the agent/guest. All other services which are not paid by the agent/guest to the company are suggested services, and the company is not bound to provide those services or pay the cost for the same.
- Check-in and check-out timing of the hotel will be according to the timing of the respective hotels.
- The company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.
- The company is not responsible, nor liable, for any damage, loss, or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour.
- All itineraries are sample itineraries intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, and the physical ability of the participants may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort, and general well-being.
- Preponing or postponing a confirmed tour may result in supplementary costs depending on individual hotel and transport policies.
- It is not advisable to travel during the night; if necessary, it will incur extra charges.
- Any cause arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, strikes, etc., will be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.
- All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions and political conditions in the destination.
- Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities or weather conditions is non-refundable.
- Meals provided at the hotel (breakfast/lunch/dinner) are based on a set menu and are on a buffet system basis. Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra. In-room dining will be at an additional cost and has a different menu altogether. We will not be responsible for any food-related service issues.
- Any entrance tickets or activities can be booked directly at different prices by guests at the destination point. The company and drivers will not be responsible for any cost fluctuations.
- The holiday package cost might fluctuate during peak dates due to festivals, holidays, or other high occupancy dates.
- If some of the sightseeing/attractions stated on the first day of the itinerary remain unvisited due to lack of time, we will try to cover those on the next day. However, if due to lack of time or public/sightseeing holidays, those sightseeing spots remain unvisited even after changes made, there will be no reimbursement.
- On Mondays, almost all major sightseeing spots are closed. If your arrival is on a Monday, we will try to modify the itinerary within the allotted days, but still, some places may remain unvisited, and we won?t take responsibility for the same.
- All services will be as specified, confirmed, and paid for as per service vouchers. If you avail any service not included in the holiday package or upgrade yourself, the payment for the same will have to be cleared by the agent/guest directly.
- In case of holiday packages where a minimum number of passengers have been indicated, any increase or decrease in the number of passengers may result in a change of the total holiday package cost.
- No refunds will be provided for unused transportation mentioned in the itinerary for voluntary modifications made by the traveler or missed by them. No partial refunds or credits will be provided for any unused services on the tour.
- The kilometers mentioned are blocked based on the days of travel. If travel done by the guest is within or less than the blocked kilometers or if passengers do not use all the kilometers as mentioned in the package, then no cash equivalent or reduction/concession in their tour package will be given.
- Please note that you are visiting a place with limited facilities, and therefore you may experience some inconvenience; however, we will try our best to make your tour hassle-free.
- Cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date of land packages, hotel bookings, or transportation: No retention charges.
- Cancellation within 15 days prior to the arrival date of land packages, hotel bookings, or transportation: 50% retention.
- Cancellation within 10 days prior to the arrival date of land packages, hotel bookings, or transportation, or non-utilization of the same: 100% retention.
- For bookings of tents at the Statue of Unity and Kutch Rann Utsav, cancellation formalities will be applicable as per their policy. We will not be liable for these cancellations.
- For Diwali, Christmas, New Year, or any other festive months, cancellations will not be entertained. If a cancellation occurs during the festive season, the payment is non-refundable, resulting in 100% retention.
- Due to COVID-19, any cancellations for these reasons will be eligible for a refund according to hotel policy only. If the hotel offers us a credit note, we are obligated to provide you with the same.
- Please note: In the case of air ticket cancellations, charges will be as per the airline's policy (please check before booking the tickets).The company is not liable for any charges incurred by airlines for cancellations or changes. If an airline reschedules the time or date of any flight, affecting the further tour, we will not be liable to make any changes to the land package, and there will be no reimbursement for the same.
