After breakfast, visit Gardens by the Bay, featuring the Flower Dome, Floral Fantasy, and Cloud Forest. These indoor conservatories are air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible. Later, head to the Marina Bay SkyPark Observation Deck (entry before 3:30 PM) for panoramic city views.

All pickups and drop-offs were arranged on time as communicated in advance, which made our trip smooth and hassle-free. One area for improvement would be providing a little more guidance at each drop-off, such as the order of places to visit, how to get around, and how to reach the next attraction or pickup point. This would help us explore more confidently and make the most of our time. Overall, we are happy with the arrangements and appreciate the team's support in making our family trip memorable!

The only feedback I have is regarding the mobile number on my ticket. It was dif (Read More)ferent from my actual number and had only 9 digits. I had a power bank in my luggage, and at the airport, the security team was trying to contact me to unlock my bag so they could remove and destroy it. However, they were calling the wrong number. Luckily, I happened to hear my name being called while I was boarding. We then opened my bag over a video call so they could locate and remove the power bank. That moment was quite stressful and caused a lot of panic, especially since we had only 15 minutes left for boarding.
