PERMIT INFORMATION – BHUTAN
- Indian nationals do not require a visa to travel to Bhutan.
- A valid Passport (minimum 6 months validity) or Voter ID Card is mandatory for entry.
- Travel Insurance and passport-size photographs are required for permit processing.
Advance Online Permits
- Advance permits can be arranged by submitting:
- Clear colored scanned copy of Passport
- Travel Insurance
- Passport-size photograph
- Documents must be shared at least 10 working days prior to travel.
- We are not responsible for any permit rejection or delays due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
IMPORTANT NOTES

- Rates are per person and valid for Indian nationals for the specified travel period.
- Surcharges may apply during festivals (Tshechu), peak season, and blackout dates.

- Tobacco and tobacco products are restricted in Bhutan.
- Do not carry any plants or agricultural products out of Bhutan (illegal).
- Credit cards are accepted only at limited locations.
- Drone usage is strictly prohibited.
- Photography is not allowed inside temples and Dzongs.

30 – 44 days prior to departure: 25% of total package cost
15 – 29 days prior to departure: 50% of total package cost
07 – 14 days prior to departure: 75% of total package cost
Less than 07 days or No Show: 100% of total package cost
