• Payment Policies
• Initial booking amount: 40% of the total booking amount
• Balance payment to be cleared upon arrival
• For bookings less than 15 days before the date of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking
• Invoice issued on the same day after the booking amount is deposited
• Hotel vouchers will be issued within 10 days of the booking amount deposit
• Taxi and driver details are provided one day before the date of departure
• Please deposit 40% of the total tour cost in the account details provided below to book the tour.
• The above rates are subject to change based on the final hotel confirmation.
• No services are confirmed yet
• In case of hotel unavailability, alternate accommodation will be arranged
• Consult the driver or local representative about the next day’s sightseeing schedule or transfer times. If passengers fail to follow the timings, they may miss the planned sightseeing/transfer, and Aaltacus Vacations will not be responsible for arranging it. The guest will need to arrange it directly at their own cost
• Time management is essential during sightseeing to ensure all places are covered
• Carry a photo ID card (except a PAN card) during the tour
• Vehicles will take you as far as possible for sightseeing stops
• Aaltacus Vacations is not responsible for any itinerary changes due to strikes, landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, government enforcement, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Additional costs will be borne directly by guests
• Extra-person accommodations will be on a mattress
• Heater usage in rooms is not included in the cost

When Cancellation is Made:

• 30 days or more before the booked tour: 50% of the total tour cost
• 29 to 15 days before the booked tour: 75% of the total tour cost
• 14 to 0 days before the booked tour: 100% of the total tour cost

Please note: All cancellation charges are subject to consideration by those arranging the itinerary. We will use all resources to negotiate for the lowest possible charges.
