  • For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the departure date, 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure date are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued.

These people are incapable of remembering even the simplest details of a passport or visa procedure. They have zero organisational skills, and have absolutely no idea of required documents, timings, o (Read More)r anything at all pertaining to travel prerequisites. Holiday advisor has made my experience of travelling twenty times harder, and this is the worst service I have ever received. Not only once, not twice, but thrice have they shown their inability to advise or arrange any sort of travel service. Do not use holiday advisor, do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere.
