Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

Meet and greet at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your hotel by our professional driver-guide. Begin your journey towards the iconic Masai Mara via the Great Rift Valley, with a stopover to enjoy its panoramic and breathtaking views. Continue through the Hemingway Trail to Narok town, and proceed to your camp in the Masai Mara. After lunch and check-in, head out for an exciting afternoon game drive. Spot migrating wildebeest, zebras, and a chance to see members of the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard—along with other fascinating wildlife.

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day game drive across the park's rich savannahs, tree-dotted grasslands, and rolling hills. The Masai Mara is famous for its dense population of wildlife, including large herds of plain game, big cats like cheetahs and leopards, and elephants. You'll stop at the Mara River, where the dramatic wildebeest migration occurs annually. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild and continue exploring the reserve's diverse habitats. Return to camp by evening.
Optional: Visit to a Masai village or a guided nature walk with Masai warriors (at an extra cost).

After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch and check-in at your camp. In the afternoon, head out for a game drive. This alkaline lake is famous for attracting thousands of pink flamingos and is home to white and black rhinos, hippos, Rothschild giraffes, leopards, and other wildlife.

After an early breakfast, enjoy an en-route game drive to spot lions, hyenas, buffalo, waterbucks, and antelopes. Depart for Nairobi, with a brief stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for photo opportunities. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon and transfer to your hotel or airport.

The four day trip to Kenya was one of the best experiences of my life. The road from Nairobi to Maasai Mara was an adventure of sorts. Along the way, the views of the villages, the vast plains, and the smiles of the people were truly heartwarming. Communication was good, any time we had a question, Alfred responded immediately via WhatsApp and email. If you actively ask about anything about the to (Read More)ur, they respond immediately. On our first afternoon game drive to Masai Mara, we saw a huge herd of elephants, a lion family resting nearby, and zebras and antelopes running in the distance. At sunset, the entire sky was painted orange and gold - a sight that will be remembered forever. When I went to Lake Nakuru on the third day, the pink color of the numerous flamingos there seemed to give a different look to the whole lake. There we also saw the rhinoceros, which was one of the most special moments of the trip. Accommodation was very comfortable, and the food was good. Our guide was very experienced and patient, always looking out for the animals and sharing a lot of information. The whole trip was very smooth and beautiful. I would definitely recommend Bencia Africa Adventure and Safaris.
We had no buts about anything.

This one-day trip from within the city of Nairobi was a wonderful experience for us. As we entered Nairobi National Park in the morning, we were surprised to see lions and giraffes roaming in the green forest behind the high-rise buildings of the city. This rare phenomenon is not seen anywhere else in the world. Our guide explained everything very sincerely throughout, explaining in advance which (Read More)places more animals can be seen. The car was very comfortable, and everything was done on time. This one-day city excursion is a really nice package for those who want to spend some time in Nairobi.
There was no problem with anything.

In the first two days of climbing the Sirimon route, many giant trees and dry slopes had to be climbed. Although the path was a little difficult, but gradually after reaching Mackinders Valley, the scene changed completely - rocky valleys around and a strange calm environment. The guide was very helpful and briefed us well every day before the walk. At night, the food in the camps is served hot, w (Read More)hich is really relaxing in the cold weather.

The start was to walk across the Great Rift Valley - a great view out the window! As soon as I entered Masai Mara, I understood why everyone talks so much - I saw the lion and the elephant in the first afternoon's game drive. The thrill of watching the cheetah hunt the next morning still lingers in the body. On the third day of Lake Nakuru, rows of pink flamingos on the shore of the lake, with rhi (Read More)no - fantastic! At the end, the parade of elephants with Mount Kilimanjaro in Amboseli National Park in the background - a postcard moment in a word. Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris did everything on time; the jeep is comfortable, the food is good, and the guide, Joseph, is knowledgeable and very polite.
Long travel hours, but worth it.

On the first morning of my journey from Nairobi, I felt as if I had stepped into another world. Not only the road, but the villages on both sides of the road, the green valleys and the occasional wild animals - all this seemed to paint a new canvas in the eyes. The moment I entered the Masai Mara, the sight of the endless wilderness came to my mind. On the evening of the second day, as the sun slo (Read More)wly tilted to the west, the entire savanna was filled with golden light - the most magical moment of the trip. The lively narration and safe driving by the guide made the entire trip comfortable.

On the first day, when I set out on my way to Masai Mara in a 4x4 jeep, I felt like stepping into an unknown adventure. Along the way, we saw giraffes, elephants, and even lions resting on the side of the road. Arriving in the afternoon, on the first game drive, I saw three members of the Big Five. On the second day, I was shocked to see the endless stream of wildebeest migration - thousands of an (Read More)imals crossing the river together, and crocodiles waiting nearby. The nights were spent in luxurious lodges, where every room had a view of the stars in the African sky.
Everything was organized normally, they had nothing to dislike.

Our visit to Samburu was a unique experience. As we left the hustle and bustle of the city for northern Kenya, the scene changed. Although the roads were a bit rough, the guide was driving with great care. The famous reticulated giraffe was the first thing I saw when I arrived at the Samburu Reserve! Their design is very different. Then I saw the long-necked gerenuk walk right past our car. The mo (Read More)st exciting was the Ewaso Nyiro River. There I saw huge crocodiles sleeping together. It was certainly a great opportunity to see nature up close outside the city.
Road conditions could be better.
