- Transportation: All sightseeing by individual cab.
- Hotel Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM.
- Taxes and Fees: Includes all green taxes in Himachal, driver allowance, toll tax, and parking fees.
- Monument Entry Fees: Any charges for monument or camera entry.
- Heater Charges: Not included in the package. Contact hotel directly if needed.
- Meals: Any meals not mentioned in the inclusions.
- Guide Services: Charges for guides are not included.
- Travel Fares: Air/train fares or any other unspecified expenses.
- Adventure Activities: Charges for activities like skiing, paragliding, etc.
- Personal Expenses: Such as laundry, shopping, etc.
- Special Dinners: Gala dinner charges, if applicable.
- Travel Insurance: Not included.
- Rohtang Pass Charges: Cab fees and entry fees for Rohtang Pass.
- Advance Payment: To confirm the package, 50% of the total cost must be paid in advance. Hotel bookings will be issued after this amount is received.
- For bookings confirmed 15 days before the travel date, a 25% deposit of the total package cost can be accepted as a token amount. This amount is non-refundable.
- The remaining 25% should be cleared seven days before the travel date. Failure to do so may lead to tour cancellation.
- Balance Payment: The remaining payment should be completed upon arrival on the first day.
- Confirmation Letter: Customers should carry the issued confirmation letter during the trip, as it contains important information such as hotel details, cab details, and service contact numbers.
- Hotel Policies: The primary guest must be 18 to check-in.
- Guests must present valid photo identification at check-in (acceptable proofs include a driving license, voter card, or passport).
- 30+ Days Before Departure: The advance amount is non-refundable.
- 30 to 15 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
- 14 to 7 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
- Less than 7 Days Before Departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
- No Show: No refunds will be given.
