Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi to Masai Mara

Departure: Depart Nairobi early in the morning. Enjoy a scenic 5-6 hour drive to Masai Mara, with a stop at the Great Rift Valley for breathtaking views.
Arrival: Midday arrival at Masai Mara, followed by check-in at your lodge/camp.
Lunch: Enjoy a hearty lunch at the lodge.
Afternoon Game Drive: Explore the savannah on your first game drive, spotting wildlife including the Big Five: lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinos.
Dinner: Return to your accommodation for dinner, enjoying local and international cuisine.

Day 2 Full Day Masai Mara

Morning Game Drive: Early morning drive to see predators in action, followed by a bush breakfast.
Lunch: Return to the lodge for lunch and rest.
Afternoon Activities: Optional activities include visiting a traditional Masai village, taking a hot air balloon safari (optional), or a guided nature walk.
Evening Game Drive: Another game drive to explore more of the reserve. Return for a sundowner and dinner at your lodge.

Day 3 Masai Mara to Nairobi

Breakfast: Leisurely breakfast at the camp.
Departure: Late morning checkout,game viewing on your way to the exit gate, followed by the drive back to Nairobi.

I booked a 3-day Masai Mara safari with LisaM Kenya Tours for $700 USD, and the experience was deeply disappointing and dishonest. ➡️ Before paying, I confirmed three times that I would get three full days of safari, including park entry. They agreed. Here’s what really happened: • Day 1: Just a 1.5-hour walk near the camp. No game drive, no park entry – not a safari. • Day 2: Actual saf (Read More)ari in Masai Mara (the only day that matched the offer). • Day 3: Nothing at all. No park entry, no safari – despite paying for it. They also promised accommodation at Lenchada Camp, but placed me in a cheaper, poor-quality camp with no electricity. My phone got damaged, and they offered no help or compensation. When I asked for a refund of $200 USD for the unused park fee, they refused and acted as if they didn’t understand anything. This agency is not professional, they break agreements, and take advantage of travelers. I am filing a formal complaint with the Kenya Tourism Board and will warn others on every platform possible. ? DO NOT BOOK with LisaM Kenya Tours. There are many trustworthy operators in Kenya – this one is not among them.
