Detailed Itinerary
- You will be picked from the hotel/residence, the safari departs at 0700hrs driving thru the Great Rift Valley and down to the floor of the Rift Valley, making a stop at view point to see the escarpment and the awesome sight of the valley.
- After the view, drive on to Narok town for another short break for toilet.
- You will drive on thru the Masai land to arrive Masai Mara around mid-day in time for lunch.
- You will check in at the Mara Sopa lodge.
- 1300hrs - 1430hrs lunch will be served then relax.
- 1530hrs head out for the afternoon game drive deep in the savannah grassland in search of the big five and other wildlife within this famous Masai Mara park.
- Later return to the lodge before dark for dinner and overnight.
- Breakfast will be served early in the morning.
- After breakfast, head out with a picnic lunch box.
- Spend the day in Masai Mara, Kenya's most popular game reserve.
- Best opportunity to spot the Big Five: lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino, and elephant.
- Drive down to the Mara River for hippos and crocodiles.
- Break for lunch under an acacia tree.
- Continue with the safari after lunch.
- Return to the lodge late in the evening.
- Freshen up before dinner and overnight stay.
- After breakfast you will check out and drive back to Nairobi arriving approx. 13:00hrs.
- Drop at your hotel / resident or at the airport for onward flight home.
