Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Nairobi - Masai Mara Game Reserve

You will be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi and begin your journey southwards, stopping briefly at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for stunning views of the escarpment. Continue the drive to Narok, a lively Masai town, for lunch. Afterward, proceed to the Masai Mara Game Reserve and check in to your lodge for refreshments. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive in Kenya’s premier wildlife sanctuary, known for its incredible wildlife density and scenic landscapes.

Day 2 Full Day at Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive across the expansive, wildlife-rich plains of Masai Mara. The reserve is home to an astonishing variety of animals including black-maned lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and virtually every type of wildlife found in Kenya. Lunch will be served picnic-style near the Mara River—famous as the scene of the annual wildebeest and zebra migration and a natural border between Kenya and Tanzania. Continue exploring the park's diverse regions before returning to your lodge in the evening.

Day 3 Masai Mara Game Reserve - Departure

Enjoy breakfast at the lodge, followed by check-out. Begin the return journey to Nairobi, with a stop for lunch en route. You'll arrive back in the city between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM, concluding your safari with treasured memories and incredible wildlife photos.

The four day trip to Kenya was one of the best experiences of my life. The road from Nairobi to Maasai Mara was an adventure of sorts. Along the way, the views of the villages, the vast plains, and the smiles of the people were truly heartwarming. On our first afternoon game drive to Masai Mara, we saw a huge herd of elephants, a lion family resting nearby, and zebras and antelopes running in the distance. At sunset, the entire sky was painted orange and gold - a sight that will be remembered forever. When I went to Lake Nakuru on the third day, the pink color of the numerous flamingos there seemed to give a different look to the whole lake. There we also saw the rhinoceros, which was one of the most special moments of the trip. Accommodation was very comfortable, and the food was good. Our guide was very experienced and patient, always looking out for the animals and sharing a lot of information. The whole trip was very smooth and beautiful. I would definitely recommend Bencia Africa Adventure and Safaris.

This one-day trip from within the city of Nairobi was a wonderful experience for us. As we entered Nairobi National Park in the morning, we were surprised to see lions and giraffes roaming in the green forest behind the high-rise buildings of the city. In the first two days of climbing the Sirimon route, many giant trees and dry slopes had to be climbed. The start was to walk across the Great Rift Valley - a great view out the window! On the first day, when I set out on my way to Masai Mara in a 4x4 jeep, I felt like stepping into an unknown adventure.
