Day 1 Arrival in Jaisalmer City Tour
  • Upon your arrival in Jaisalmer, you will be greeted by our representative.
  • Transfer to the hotel and check in.
  • Spend time at your leisure.
  • Later, visit the Sandstone Fort, Jaisalmer Fort, Salim Ki Haveli, Patwa Ki Haveli, the Thar Heritage Museum, Rani Ka Mahal, Gadisar Lake, and Sun City, which is part of the fort.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, visit Bada Bagh, the Jain Temple, and the Jaisalmer Museum.
  • Later, explore Kuldhara village and the surrounding ruins.
  • In the evening, drive to the Sam Dunes.
  • Enjoy a special stay in Swiss tents in the heart of the pristine Thar Desert - Sand Dunes.
  • Experience a bonfire at the campsite with an evening cultural show, followed by a traditional Rajasthani dinner.
  • Overnight stay at the camp.

Overall it was definitely a satisfying experience having a tour planned with Sun (Read More) Voyages. They suggested me an itinerary which I customised according to my choices and schedules and they gave me a perfect schedule that was well in my budget. The driver was quite flexible with schedule and allowed changes to original plan as the travel proceeded. The hotels included in the itinerary were all 3 stars and were quite good!
The food in Jaisalmer camp was little disappointing, to which they justified say (Read More)ing it was an off season and couldn’t make the arrangements well.
