- Departure: Depart Nairobi early in the morning. Enjoy a scenic 5-6 hour drive to Masai Mara, with a stop at the Great Rift Valley for breathtaking views.
- Arrival: Midday arrival at Masai Mara, followed by check-in at your lodge/camp.
- Lunch: Enjoy a hearty lunch at the lodge.
- Afternoon Game Drive: Explore the savannah on your first game drive, spotting wildlife including the Big Five: lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinos as well as many other wildlife
- Dinner: Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight
- Head out for a full day game drive with picnic lunch boxes as you explore the expansive plains.
- Roll down the windows or stand up through the customized pop up roof hatch and enjoy this unhindered 360 views, and the possibilities for what lies ahead
- The park is also known for providing excellent predator sightings in their natural habitats thanks to its relatively large populations of lions, cheetahs, and leopards.
- You will also see lots of Elephants, Masai giraffe, common zebra, impala, Thompson’s and Grant’s gazelles, Topi, Hartebeest, spotted hyena and more.
- Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight
- Optional activities include visiting a traditional Masai village or taking a hot air balloon safari (optional),
- Breakfast: Leisurely breakfast at the camp.
- Departure: Late morning checkout, followed by the drive back to Nairobi.
- Lunch: Stop for a picnic or at a local restaurant en route.
- Arrival: Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon for drop-off at your hotel or the airport.

- For guaranteed window seat, the safari vehicle can accommodate 6 people maximum.
- Kindly indicate the number of travellers to give a quote (for more than 2 travellers).
- A deposit of 30% is required upon booking.
- The balance is payable 7 days before the tour commences.
- Bookings made less than 30 days prior to the tour must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Deposits may be forfeited in the event of cancellations or amendments.
- Transport will be safari van.
- If you want to upgrade to a safari land cruiser, it will be at an additional cost.
- All clients are guaranteed window seats.
- Trained English-speaking driver guides will be provided.
- For non-English speakers, kindly notify us in advance.
- The company reserves the right to alter tour arrangements or routes if necessary.
- The company reserves the right to cancel a scheduled tour due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The company reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person on the tour; in such a case, a refund for unused services will be issued.
- The company acts only as an agent for the client in matters relating to the tour.
- Travel may involve inherent risks (e.g. travel by road, air, or water, natural disasters, political unrest, illness, etc.).
- The company is not liable for personal illness, injury, delays, loss, or damages.
- Clients are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel insurance.
- All special requests (e.g. dietary needs, physical accessibility) must be communicated in writing at the time of booking.
- The company will make efforts to accommodate special requests, but fulfillment is not guaranteed.
- Failure to meet such requests does not constitute a breach of contract.
- Clients should report any issue immediately to the staff during the tour for swift resolution.
- Only complaints reported in accordance with this clause will be accepted by the company.
- More than 90 days prior to travel: 100% refund
- 89-46 days prior to travel: 25% charge
- 45-31 days prior to travel: 50% charge
- 30-16 days prior to travel: 75% charge
- 15 days to no-show: 100% charge
- The deposit amount (30%) is refundable based on the cancellation schedule above.
- Cancellations must be communicated formally for refund processing.
