At 5:45 am, you will be picked up and transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your 8:00 am flight to the Northern Serengeti. Upon landing at 10:30 am, your adventure begins with an exciting game drive through the wilderness, following the trails of the Great Migration. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch by the Mara River, where you can observe hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat. In the late afternoon, you’ll head to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Serengeti National Park, Tanzania’s oldest and most renowned reserve, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was recently named the 7th Wonder of the World. Known for its annual migration, where millions of hooves thunder across the open plains, the Serengeti offers an unparalleled game-viewing experience. Expect to see iconic wildlife like large herds of buffalo, elephants, giraffes, and a variety of antelope species, including elands, topis, kongonis, impalas, and Grant’s gazelles.
Game drive Northern Serengeti National Park (Mara River concentrates on migration) At 7:30 am, after enjoying breakfast at the camp, you'll set out with your picnic lunch for a game drive to witness the incredible Great Migration. Take in the breathtaking sights as you enjoy your lunch beneath an acacia tree with stunning views of the river. Around 4:30 pm, you’ll return to the lodge for sunset drinks.
The Wagakuria area is teeming with resident wildlife, including a lion pride of up to 30 individuals. From August to October, this region transforms into a haven for wildlife. The Mara River serves as the centerpiece, offering the chance to witness dramatic river crossings. It’s common to see the herds crossing north one day and returning south a few days later. However, witnessing a crossing requires a bit of luck, as it can be unpredictable.
After breakfast, set out on a final game drive to relish the breathtaking beauty of the Serengeti and spot any wildlife you may have missed.
At 11:30 am, board your scheduled flight back to Zanzibar, carrying with you cherished memories of your Serengeti adventure.

If the full amount has been paid, a refund is available upon cancellation, subject to the following charges:
- 90 – 60 days before departure: Deposit retained
- 59 – 45 days before departure: 50 percent of the total booking cost will be refunded
- 44 – 30 days before departure: 25 percent of the total booking cost will be refunded
- 29 – 01 days before departure: No refund will be issued
If the trip is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or pandemics, an alternative trip of a similar standard will be offered. If the alternative does not suit, all monies paid will be refunded. However, any additional expenses incurred due to the booking remain the traveler's responsibility.
