To add here: I suggest booking directly with the resort. After paying in advance through a Company, I felt suspicious and then also contacting the hotel's reservation team directly just to be certain my stay was secured and provides peace of mind with acceptance.

Reminder. I am writing this to advise fellow travelers about my recent experience with the Company (recommended/misused of AI). As a traveller who travels frequently, I have never encountered this level of mismanagement with threat.
From the start, our itinerary was poorly planned (acceptable by Company staff, who (Read More)verified (missed checking) licensed for verified HR consulting with multiple business and inconsistent with what we agreed upon, and lacked transparency. What made this worse was the aggressive pressure we faced (including unprofessional confusing demands for chauffeur & team became stressful with pressure) regarding travel arrangements that suited the company’s convenience rather than ours. We were even forced to pay for services stating the policy.
Despite my attempts to resolve this, the communication—specifically from Mr. abhishek sen & accepted for staff bharat irodiya was wrong plan, unprofessional and dismissive with repetitive standard response with no solution. It was a serious stressful and disappointing experience for my family🙏.
I strongly advise travellers to look elsewhere. I am happy to provide information to any genuine/human traveler seeking proof of this situation. Kindly stay safe and save🙏

From the beginning of the planning process, our team repeatedly requested direct phone communication because travel arrangements involve multiple operational details that are difficult to manage solely through emails and occasional WhatsApp messages. Unfortunately, the lack of direct communication resulted in delays and misunderstandings during planning.
Regarding the hotel issue, after your booking confirmation, the concerned property received notices from government authorities, which was also reported locally. As soon as the hotel informed us, we immediately updated you and proactively shared alternative accommodation options to avoid inconvenience to your family.
The alternative hotel suggested by you was significantly more expensive than the original package. Despite this, our company still absorbed an additional expense of approximately ₹6,000 to provide better alternatives and ensure your journey continued smoothly. We had also clearly offered a refund option if you were not comfortable with the revised arrangements.
During the trip, repeated delays occurred due to late departures and extended personal stops, which impacted the sightseeing schedule. Our team and driver repeatedly suggested adjusting timings so missed sightseeing points could still be covered, but these suggestions were not followed.
It is also important to clarify that, as per the agreed booking terms, full payment was required before the journey began. Despite multiple assurances from your side, payment remained pending throughout the trip, forcing our Accounts and Operations teams to repeatedly follow up regarding the outstanding dues. Even under these circumstances, all services continued uninterrupted to ensure your family’s travel experience remained unaffected. Payment was eventually cleared only after the driver expressed his inability to continue without receiving his dues.
We also regret to mention that our driver and operational staff reported repeated instances of rude and abusive behavior during the journey. Despite this, our team handled the matter professionally and ensured completion of the trip with patience and dignity. We firmly believe that mutual respect is essential between clients, drivers, hotel staff, coordinators, and service providers.
