Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at Kathgodham – Visit Kainchi Dham & Mukteshwar – Overnight Stay in Nainital

Arrive at Kathgodham Railway Station early in the morning, where your journey into the Kumaon hills begins.
First, head to Kainchi Dham Ashram (approx. 17 km / 45 min), a peaceful spiritual retreat associated with Neem Karoli Baba.
After seeking blessings and spending some serene moments, continue your uphill drive to Mukteshwar (approx. 45 km / 2 hours).
Explore the famous Mukteshwar Temple, enjoy views of the majestic Himalayas from Chauli Ki Jali, and experience the calm charm of this hill town.
By evening, drive to Nainital (approx. 45 km / 1.5 hours), check in to your hotel, and relax.
You may take a leisurely walk along Mall Road or enjoy a quiet moment by Naini Lake.

Day 2 Nainital to Bhimtal – Return to Kathgodham

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Bhimtal (approx. 22 km / 45 min).
Visit the tranquil Bhimtal Lake, enjoy boating, and explore nearby spots like Hidimba Parvat or Folk Culture Museum if time allows.
You can also stop by Naukuchiatal briefly if you wish.
After your visit, drive back to Kathgodham Railway Station (approx. 25 km / 1 hour) for your return journey, carrying with you the peaceful and scenic memories of the Kumaon hills.

This is just a quote; no reservations have been held yet, and booking is not proceeding at this time.
The rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation. Hotel, sightseeing, meals, transfers, and flight rates may change without prior notice until they are booked/confirmed from your end. Changes in dates will require a re-quote.
Normal hotel check-in time is from 12:00 hrs onwards, and check-out time is at 11:00 hrs. There will be an additional cost for transfers between 23:00 and 07:00 hrs (if not stated in the package).
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Accepted forms of identification include a Driving License, Voter Card, and Passport. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as valid identification.
All transfers and sightseeing are as per the itinerary/package, and in the case of air-conditioned vehicles, the air conditioning will be switched off in the hills.

Cancellation Policy

Once the booking is completed and the advance payment is made, a minimum of 30% of the package cost will be deducted.
For cancellations made 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
For cancellations made 15 days prior to departure, 70% of the total cost will be deducted.
For cancellations made 10 days before departure, 100% of the total cost will be deducted.
