Day 1 Nairobi - Maasai Mara
  • 0800 hrs: Your driver guide will pick you up from your residence.
  • Hop into the 4x4 Jeep for your journey to the Masai Mara, Kenya?s most popular wildlife park.
  • Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Great Rift Valley with a brief stopover at Narok town for refreshments.
  • As you continue to the Mara, you will see local homesteads and perhaps Maasai herdsmen in their colorful wraps, tending to their cattle.
  • Arrival at the park is expected at approximately 0130 hrs for check-in at Mara Chui Resort.
  • After check-in, proceed to have your lunch followed by an afternoon game drive at the prestigious reserve of the Mara.

All arrangements including hotel, game drives, food arrangements, personalised s (Read More)ervices by İmara Destinations was excellent We started our trip from New Delhi to Nairobi via Mumbai by Indigo flight. Dennis was there to welcome us at the airport early in the morning. We started off to Samburu, had lunch on the way had a relaxing evening at the resort. We had a wonderful game drive next day at the samburu national reserve, saw a leopard, zebra, giraffe, ostrich, etc from close quarters. We went to ol Pajeto conservancy, fed blind rhino, saw chimpanzees and other animals including two horned rhinos, proceeded to Nakuru saw pelicans, flamingos etc there, Masai Mara we stayed for three nights and had two game drives. Could see lots of lions, cheetah with its prey as well as a pregnant cheetah, zebras, giraffes etc. we also saw ostriches and other animals and birds there. We then went to Naivasha had a boat ride with walk and see crocodiles and hippos and crescent island visit walked with zebras, impalas and wildebeest but couldn’t see giraffe there. Due to floods last year many parts of crescent island got submerged so could only see part of the island. Our last destination was Amboseli park with game drive there. Overall it was a highly satisfying and interesting experience. İmara Destinations did a very good job of taking us to the exact spots where animals would be seen uninterrupted. Well done İmara Destinations. Thanks to Dennis and Murray for it
