- Pickup at sunrise from Arusha, with coffee in hand.
- By mid-morning, we will be inside Tarangire, where herds of over 200 elephants can be seen dust-bathing under thousand-year-old baobabs.
- Sundowner on the crater rim.
Pre-dawn descent into Ngorongoro. Black rhino on the open floor, lion prides waking, flamingos pinking the soda lake. Lunch in the crater, climb out by golden hour, back to Arusha for dinner.

- We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is simple and transparent:
- 60+ days before departure: 90% refund.
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund.
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: No refund.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds are processed within 14–30 business days using the original payment method.
- Bank fees, transaction charges, and any non-refundable third-party costs (such as park permits) may be deducted where applicable.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations and travel disruptions.
